Required for all new patients. Past experience has shown us that 75 minutes is the minimal length for a safe and effective initial treatment. A thorough intake and assessment will occur before treatment. Please fill out our online Intake Form in advance to expedite this process. Please note a valid credit card on file is required for first-time patients. We will bill your card in accordance with our cancellation policy in cases of no-show or short notice cancellation.
