Book if you require custom made orthotics. Foot Levelers orthotics' support the three arches in each foot to provide a balanced foundation and protect and support through all phases of gait. An exam and weight bearing cast will be done which most insurance companies require to cover the cost; please inquire before you book what your insurance covers.
