In this visit we'll review your fertility history or fertility goals, and identify initial steps toward your ultimate goal of successful pregnancy. At this visit you will also receive an initial assessment and overview of the treatment plan and options available to you during our time together.
If available, please bring with you a copy of lab work and imaging reports from the beginning of your fertility care.
