Visit (In-Person)
Extended consultations are for current patients who require or prefer a longer appointment (i.e. lifestyle counseling, acupuncture in addition to consult). During this appointment, I collect feedback related to your treatment plan, monitor progress and implement appropriate changes. Any patients who have not had a follow-up in over 12 months should book in for 60 minutes. This length of session is also for a facial rejuvenation acupuncture treatment (not follow-up). Appointments are booked for one person at a time, thank you!

Most of this follow-up is spent reviewing what changed since last time and adjusting the plan — symptoms, routines, supplements, food, sleep and stress — with the rest on practical guidance so you leave knowing what to keep, stop or change.
