You must be a resident of British Columbia to be under the care of Dr. Taitt.
You must complete the online intake forms in thorough detail regarding your cancer diagnosis and history within a very minimum of 48 hours in advance of your appointment, otherwise your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We will also ask you to complete a release of records form so that we may receive records pertinent to your cancer diagnosis and oncology care, which we will email you in advance of your appointment.
