This session begins with a conversation to explore reasons for seeking care & intention setting. If this is your first Reiki therapy experience, Dr Karolina will explain Reiki therapy & what to expect during the session, providing you with options in regards to hand positions based on your personal comfort level.
During the 60min Reiki therapy, you have the option to to experience guided visualizations & or guided breathwork.
The session ends with a 5-10min follow-up which includes Dr Karolina sharing insights & impressions from the Reiki therapy & the option of sharing your personal insights. If appropriate, Dr Karolina will provide suggestions for further reflection & inner work to guide integration of the experience into day-to-day life.
