Welcome to our clinic booking site. Your health and safety is important to us. We ask that anyone who has tested positive for COVID, or is not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment to a later date when you are symptom free.
If you are booking your first appointment with our clinic, or you have not had a visit in 2 or more years, you MUST book an Initial Visit. There is also some paperwork to be filed out prior to this Initial visit. Once the appointment is scheduled this paperwork can be emailed to you. Please bring completed forms to your appointment. All other subsequent Visits can be booked accordingly. If you have any questions, or need to make any changes to your appointment, please call the office during business hours.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
