This osteopathic specialty treatment is subtle yet can have deeply felt and profound effects on the Fascial, Skeletal and Craniofascial structures in the body. Old injuries combined with current stresses and strains on the body and nervous system can contribute to overall dis-ease. Craniosacral treatments include ongoing assessment and treatment of imbalances with the goal of identifying and correcting root areas of restriction. This therapy can be done with the client fully or partially dressed in comfortable attire (to be decided upon by therapist and client as some treatments may benefit from some massage/lymphatic techniques to assist with overall session). Insurance receipts for CST are under RMT services, therapeutic massage.

75 minThis length of treatment may be most beneficial, especially with more complex imbalances or simply to have more time to relax in a parasympathetic, healing state. As per any Craniosacral treatments for both infants and adults - this treatment modality is most effective in correcting imbalances when allowing for consecutive weekly or biweekly treatments when dealing with more complex issues that need resolution with continued care. Monthly to bimonthly treatments are very beneficial for addressing nervous system dysregulation and maintaining positive ongoing relief and change in the fascial/musculoskeletal and cranial systems.
