Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class - Orientation - Video
Evidence Based Birth® is a 6-week childbirth class that informs, empowers and inspires expecting parents and birth-care practitioners globally, to understand the latest, proven, evidence based care practices.
If you sign up online, you only need to register for the first week Orientation Class, and you will automatically be registered for the full six sessions.
The course costs $315 total, split into 1 payment of $115.00 for the Orientation class plus access to online video recordings of all classes and 3 month postnatal support videos. $50.00 for the remaining classes will be billed each week. After you sign up online, the clinic will contact you for payment information.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
