Fire Cupping
Cupping is the use of a flame and glass cups to create a vacuum type suction on the skin to loosen muscle tightness and fascial adhesions, encourage circulation to targeted areas, and induce relaxation. This treatment is a great pick-me-up option for when you're stressed, tense, and/or experiencing muscle soreness.
Please be aware that you may leave with red or purple marks on your skin after a cupping session. This is a common side effect and can last up to a week or more.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
