We are located at 125-725 Carmi Avenue, Penticton.
There is plenty of free parking onsite.
Washrooms are located in the main building just around the corner from the clinic.
I would like to welcome our new therapists, Jenna Esser RMT, who will be taking bookings starting February 6th 2026.

If you are new to the clinic and cannot find an appointment, add yourself to the Wait List and you will be contacted as soon as a therapist is available.
We offer Direct Billing to : Pacific Blue Cross
: Medavie Blue Cross
: Telus E-Claims. ( Please ask if you aren’t sure if your plan is affiliated )
Currently we are not accepting ICBC or WCB claims.
The clinic door may be locked during treatments so please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you no show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment your credit card on file will be charged for the session.
