Please book with any of our other Acupuncturists during this time! By booking an appointment online you are agreeing to our Cancellation and No Show Policy Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment or a fee equivalent to your booked appointment will apply. Situationally dependent, the fee may be reduced. If we are able to fill your spot, no late cancellation fee will be applied No Show Policy : not attending your appointment and providing zero communication to the clinic will not be tolerated . A No Show fee equivalent to the time you had booked will be charged. * Direct Billing: Submitting to extended benefits plans is a courtesy. If the insurer portal is down or the benefits do not go through, it is your responsibility to pay for the services you have received. All outstanding fees are required to be paid in full prior to departure. Failure to do so will be treated as theft of services and will no longer be tolerated. * Our space is a multidisciplinary clinic, some noise transfer in the treatment rooms occurs.
