Danielle’s journey into fitness has been shaped by movement, curiosity, and a deep passion for helping others feel strong in their bodies. Her career began abroad in London England, where she stepped into the fitness industry and discovered her love for creative, high-energy class design while teaching in some of the city’s top gyms. It was there that she earned her Personal Training Level 3 certification and committed fully to a career rooted in movement and preventative health. After returning to Victoria, Danielle continued to expand her skill set by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her focus on mobility, breathwork, and functional movement. Since 2019, she has worked with the Department of National Defence as a Sports and Fitness Instructor. Alongside coaching, she has supported program administration, progress tracking, and community wellness initiatives. In 2022, becoming a mother marked a powerful turning point in Danielle’s personal and professional life. While navigating the physical changes of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, she launched ‘Fit Moma’ community classes to stay connected, active and available to other new mothers. Through her own rehabilitation journey, she recognized the gaps in support for postpartum recovery. Leading her to specialize in Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise. Her work now focuses on helping women rebuild strength, fixing muscle imbalances, restore confidence, movement patters, pressure management and return to movement safely and sustainably. With a background that also includes years of leadership and management, Danielle brings strong communication, empathy, and organization into every space she works in. Her approach to health is holistic and human. Whether she’s teaching a class, supporting the CAF community through health promotion or hiking with her dog Doug Johnson, Danielle leads with energy, authenticity, and heart.
