Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
❗ Regardless of reason, cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.
This policy allows us to minimize wait times and ensure our practitioners’ schedules are used effectively to serve all of our patients.
