Initial Visit - 1 Hour Massage Therapy Treatment:
This treatment is scheduled for a one hour and 20 minutes slot, which will provide both client and therapist time to go over the intake form & perform any necessary assessment(s) relevant to the client's chief complaint. If you have an insurance plan that you would like the therapist to directly bill, please bring a copy of your insurance information along with an understanding of your entitled benefit coverage for billing purposes.
After an initial visit has been completed, please book future appointments under the 1 hour slot.
