We offer direct billing for most extended health insurance plans, with the exception of Medavie Blue Cross, ICBC, WorkSafe BC, and MSP. Approval of direct billing is determined by your insurer, not the clinic. If a claim is marked as pending, rejected, or payable to the member only, the full outstanding balance remains your responsibility.
A valid credit card must be kept on file in order to confirm any appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointment times. Appointments missed or modified without 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. Arrivals more than halfway into the scheduled appointment time may require rescheduling and charged accordingly.
Supplement Return Policy: Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase, products must be unopened to quality for a return. *Please note that Probiotics, Fish Oils and Homeopathic remedies are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please refrain from wearing perfume and cologne to protect our patients and staff with allergies, asthma, and chemical sensitivities.
