This workshop is recommended for Practice Members who have completed Basic/ Discover Care. Please talk to Dr Juell if you are new to office and wanting to participate.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
