Concerns may include developmental, behavioural, movement, coordination, regulation, posture, sensory, or injury-related issues.
This appointment includes an in-depth health history, assessment, and treatment planning.
If available, please bring any relevant medical, imaging, or assessment reports with you to your appointment.
Please book this appointment if you are new to the clinic, have a new injury or health condition, if it has been more than 1 year since your last appointment AND if you are under 14 years of age.
