Follow-up appointments are only to be booked after completion of an initial consultation, and allow care to progress over time as your body responds and changes.
Appointment frequency and treatment are adjusted based on your individual needs, response to care, and the nature of the concerns being addressed.
To help maintain continuity of care, it is often helpful to schedule 2–3 appointments in advance, as the schedule may book several weeks ahead. If the schedule is full, you are welcome to add yourself to the cancellation list through your Jane account.
Please remember to bring active wear for your appointment.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
