You can think of me, the counsellor, as one foot, and you the client as the other, together we walk in stride to get you ahead to where you want to be. ALL TAXES INCLUDED IN PRICE. Most of the hour is spent talking through what has shifted since last time and working on it in real time — making sense of patterns, practising ways to respond differently, and staying with difficult thoughts or feelings — so you leave with a clearer thread to pick up between sessions.
