This is a 20 minute osteopathic treatment for children, aged 5 - 12.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. Wear loose fitting clothing for ease of movement on the table. This appointment will include reviewing health history, treatment itself will be between 20-25 minutes.

Most of this visit is hands-on treatment — guided movement, joint articulation, soft-tissue work and positioning — with a shorter check-in on what changed since last time and a few adjustments to the plan you leave with.
