Orthotics

Orthotics often require a doctor's referral to be eligible for reimbursement though your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance provider before booking an orthotics appointment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the custom orthotics to be made. Please note: we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Full payment is required without 24 hours notice. Please note : You need to physically receive the orthotics before you can submit the claim to your insurer. This is because there is paperwork that comes with the orthotics that your insurer will require before reimbursement.

Most of the appointment is spent examining how your feet are built and moving — skin, nails, joints, pressure points, gait and footwear — then dealing with the immediate issue through nail or skin care, padding, strapping or offloading, and sending you out with clear next steps.
