Appointment Cancellation Policy
We’ve recently experienced a high volume of last-minute cancellations. Please remember that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations leave gaps that could have been offered to other patients.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
Cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
