Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 HOURS NOTICE for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Telemedicine Appointments are offered by: Dr. Alicia Motuz ND, Dr. Michelle Pobega ND, Dr. Kyle Viehweger ND, Malathy Praveen MA, RP and Rebecca Reichmann MSW, RSW. We require a credit card on file at time of booking a telemedicine appointment. Your payment information will be used to hold your appointment and in the event of a no show/late cancellation charge. Our data (JANE) is encrypted using 256 bit encryption. The same level of security as your bank uses to transfer information.
If you require supplements, we ask that you call ahead to pre-order them. Reception will prepare your order for pick up.
