This longer appointment time requires a completed online intake form from both parties and can be used:
1. To establish and arrive into the therapeutic space together, introduce skills, and articulate desired outcomes. Length and frequency of sessions moving forward is also determined here.
2. As a regular, ongoing session that allows for more depth, somatic exploration, reconciliation, dialogue or event processing.
