“Elle Bryson RMT is not permitted to bring hypodermic needles, acupuncture needles, dry needles, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) needles, lancets or any other tools or devices designed to puncture or break the skin into a clinic or any place where she provides massage therapy treatment. The Respondent is also not permitted to perform any procedure which involves the breaking, piercing, or puncturing of the skin, or any procedure on tissue below the dermis
while practicing as a registered massage therapist.
