Our Post-natal Re-Assessment is a comprehensive appointment that will cover and assess for postural changes, rectus diastasis, and pelvic organ prolapse; all while taking into account your personal birth story.
If you are experiencing ANY post-natal issues; including, urinary or fecal incontinence, pain with intercourse, constipation, low back pain, pain with feeding your baby, wrist or neck pain etc.; this is the appointment for you.
