For new Clients. This is an in person Assessment.
This session will include an assessment and diagnosis of injury as well as identification of movement patterns.
Treatment in the form of exercise including, but not limited to Pilates, needling, as well as education, manual corrections and taping.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
