TMJ Treatment
This session is for clients who have already completed a TMJ intake assessment and are continuing care. Treatment focuses on reducing pain, improving jaw function, and addressing contributing tension patterns in the jaw, face, neck, and surrounding areas.
Sessions may include hands-on techniques, intraoral (inside the mouth) work where appropriate, and supportive approaches to help relieve muscle tension and improve joint mobility. We may also revisit contributing factors such as posture, stress, clenching, or grinding, and provide guidance to support your progress between appointments.
Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and adjusted over time to support lasting relief and improved function.
