This appointment is for a HIPPA approved telehealth consultation for a new injury. During the Assessment the Physiotherapist will take a thorough history, ask relevant questions and make a diagnosis about your injury. They will then provide you with both education, and a home exercise program.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
