Healing Within is a workshop designed for all of us to discover and learn how to heal ourselves. We were born into a world of conditioning, and we all have had influences that have placed all sorts of conditioning onto us, from when we were little. Some good and not so good. All emotions are stored and we have become masters at covering or disregard. Accepting the false truth it has left us, when time and time again we come face to face with our triggers, that which are letting us know these buried emotions need our attention. Buried emotions or cell memory can create a life of sadness, self sabotage, victimized, addictions, and various health disease. This workshop is provided to you as a mini series to teach you what you can do to help heal from these deep seated emotions from when we are little without spending a lot of time reflecting. It is a sacred space of connecting to ourselves, of learning different tools that will help release and replenish our cherished cells and Self. It is with great honour and privilege that we share the learnings of this with you to empower yourself to live the life that you so deserve.
