Your first visit is a longer, comprehensive session time to understand your full health picture before we begin.
We'll review your history, current concerns, sleep, stress, digestion and any pain patterns, along with a tongue and pulse assessment, to map the root patterns behind your symptoms rather than just the surface complaints.
From there, you'll receive your first acupuncture treatment, with cupping or other techniques added as appropriate. You'll leave with a clear sense of what's going on and a plan for moving forward.
