UPDATES:
Cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my treatment day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, will be charged for 50% of the appointment fee to the card on file. A full 100% cancellation fee will be charged for a cancellation less than 4 hours of your appointment time, or a missed appointment.
Parking. There is parking available at the side of the building, as well as 2hr street parking out front on Norwich St.
Payment. All fees are HST inclusive. E-transfer is preferred, but credit card on your Jane profile and cash are also accepted.
Notice of Fee Change. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026, my fee schedule will be as follows:
30 minutes $85, 45 minutes $105, 60 minutes $130, 75 minutes $150, 90 minutes $170
