My schedule has been getting super busy lately and I apologise if you are having troubles finding times. I will be adjusting my schedule management this summer. I will be releasing my schedule a month at a time on the 1st of the Month prior. My July schedule will release on June 1. If you are having troubles finding a time or would like a time in june: please add yourself to the waiting list. If you are in urgent need of care please add a note to your waitlist request. Cancellations occur frequently and I do add appointments when needed.

I will not be accepting any new patients from June 1 to Sept 1 to allow my schedule to mellow out and to ensure existing patients can get in on an appropriately regular basis.
On May 1, the Jane software is making a mandatory upgrade to a new payment software. The good news is that it is much more secure than their previous version. The less good news, all patients will have to update their existing card information… which can be done when booking online or the next time you are in the clinic. When booking you’ll see an additional screen prompting you to securely re-enter your credit card details. This is a quick one time update, thanks for your understanding :-)
Have you downloaded “ The Jane app” for keeping all appointments in one place? If you are constantly having troubles remembering a dozen different jane log ins or forgetting some of your appointments this is for you. I just downloaded it recently and its very helpful!
