The first session is an in-depth discovery consultation where the counsellor will assess your emotional, energetic, spiritual, and physical state. This session lays the foundation for a personalized healing plan setting goals for your emotional and spiritual growth, energetic balance, and physical well-being.
Format:
Completion and/or discussion of an intake form to determine background and goals
Intuitive reading and spiritual assessment (emotional challenges, energy blocks, life path etc.)
Reflexology consultation (if appropriate) and discussion of your physical health
Discussion of potential healing modalities and creation of a tailored plan
Introduction to basic tools or practices for self-care and empowerment
