This appointment is required for all new patients and is up to 90 minutes in duration.
Your Naturopathic Doctor will gather information about current health and concerns, medical history, and lifestyle. As well as insight regarding your main concern, and where further assessment may be needed. The first steps for your plan will be outlined, which may include supplements or modification to your current supplements, and/or most important lifestyle and nutrition advice.
Further steps and full outline of your personalized plan, including details of recommended testing/assessment, are shared in the second appointment. This plan is informed from all the information shared in your initial visit.
