Access to the Jane Booking Program is important for receiving all required communication, documents, and receipts from our facility. Please ensure you have set up your account and filled out the required Clinic Allied Health intake forms. If you are booking for someone other than yourself, please use their name for the account (ie. child’s name). Each person requires their OWN account and will need a DIFFERENT username and password. We recommend to NOT use your email as your username, but rather your name or another username of your choice. Unfortunately, we are unable to change usernames through our online system.
All online bookings are reviewed by the clinic to ensure the type of appointment booked is appropriate. The clinic reserves the right to change or modify bookings to follow clinic policies as well as to assist in practitioner availability, scheduling and following licensing guidelines. We may switch an appointment to assist in providing you with the best possible care and experience. Assessment appointments are required for a first visit with any of our practitioners. Our front desk can guide you which type of appointment is appropriate should you be unsure what to book.
We have an automated <24 hour cancellation/no show policy for all appointments. Please provide as much notice as possible for modifiying or rescheduling appointments. To cancel or reschedule your visit, please call our office at 1-306-537-6937. Please leave us a voicemail, if you are calling after hours to modify your scheduled appointment.
Please Note : We have made a few marginal price increases for select Physiotherapy and Chiropractic services effective May 1, 2026.
