This 3-hour, in-person, group workshop is designed to provide in-depth education on the essentials of the menopause transition. Topics covered include hormone basics, potential symptoms and downstream health impacts, an overview of hormone and non-hormone therapies, and lifestyle medicine. An overview of The Women's Health Initiative is will also be provided.
