90 minPrenatal Yoga is a 7 week series. Join Laura, experienced Doula and Certified Yoga Instructor (RPYT), as you nurture your pregnant body, connect to your intuition, and grow your perinatal support community. In these gentle classes, we will build strength, mobility, and mindfulness while working with a variety of breath practices. We will also discuss labour positioning, as well as both mental and physical coping strategies that you can utilize during the birth process. This class welcomes all folks at any stage of pregnancy. *** Booking this class means you are signing up for the entire 7wk series and payment for the full series will be taken at the first class.
