A 30-minute personal onboarding call with Dr. Kevin Ashby or Dr. Wendy Carvalho-Ashby to begin your Perimenopause and Menopause Reset program. During this call we will review your health history, identify your dominant patterns across the clinical areas we monitor, and customize your program to your specific situation before your first weekly check-in begins. Please have a quiet space available for your call. Your Wellness Blueprint Assessment will be sent to you following this appointment to establish your baseline score before week one begins
