This appointment will include an orthopedic assessment and the creation of your custom foot orthotic. Please ensure to bring the footwear that you plan to wear these orthotics in so that we can ensure proper fit. and comfort.
Orthotics may not be covered by extended health insurance plans, depending on the requirements of the plan. Orthotics are heat molded and customized for your unique condition/ concern, based off a biomechanical assessment, and are created by Joshua Shaw who is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

Most of the appointment is spent examining how your feet are built and moving — skin, nails, joints, pressure points, gait and footwear — then dealing with the immediate issue through nail or skin care, padding, strapping or offloading, and sending you out with clear next steps.
