Indian Head Relaxation Massage is a deeply relaxing and holistic therapy that focuses on the upper body — including the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, and upper arms. Rooted in the ancient healing system of Ayurveda, it has been practiced in India for over a thousand years to restore balance and promote physical and emotional well-being.
This technique uses gentle to firm massage, acupressure, and circular movements to relieve tension, stimulate circulation, and release energy blockages. It is often performed with or without oils and can be adapted to include elements of facial reflexology, ear reflexology, and lymphatic drainage.
