Initial ICBC appointments are *call to book* only. Patients must call in and have the appointment approved by Equilibrium staff prior to your first appointment. Adjuster name, claim number and the date of the motor vehicle accident (MVA) is required so that we may check that the claim is still valid. If you are wanting to start treatment before your claim is approved, you may do so, but you must pay the clinic rate. This treatment is covered 100% for those with a valid ICBC claim that meets the criteria for ICBC's new rules as of April 1, 2019.
