Alex Arrixen is pleased to offer Mobile RMT services, bookable through Equilibrium Therapeutics. This service is offered to new and existing Equilibrium patients in the Saanich - Victoria area, which includes Oak Bay, Victoria, Esquimalt, South Saanich, View Royal. Upon booking, you will be sent our virtual intake form, preparing you for your assessment. These sessions are 60 minutes, and will be submitted by our front desk team to your extended health insurance. You will need to complete your intake form prior to your visit.
You will be prompted to phone our front desk at 250-590-7888 to schedule your appointment. Please inform the coordinator booking your appoinment of any information needed to access your home, whether that be a buzz number, parking information, where he will greet you, etc. Please note, our team will bill once Alex has arrived, and a credit card will be required to process your payment remotely.
