ICBC Kinesiology Video Tele-Rehab Session (Online)
Do your rehab in the comfort of your own home in a confidential FaceTime-like session. Covered by ICBC with a current claim for Motor Vehicle accidents that have occurred since April 1, 2019. If your accident was prior to April 1, 2019, please call to discuss. A computer or a laptop that has camera and audio capabilities is required, as well as the browser Google Chrome or Firefox. You will need a quiet safe space around your computer to be able to move as this session will offer you movement assessment, exercise, stretching and pain management options and other self care instructions that you can be doing at home. You will need access to your phone in the unlikely event of a disconnection.
