ONLINE BOOKING: The online booking will only show availability for three weeks in advance. If you wish to book further away, please waitlist yourself on the online booking calendar.
URGENT APPOINTMENTS: If you are in need of an urgent session but do not see any availability, please waitlist yourself through the online booking system.
NEW CLIENTS: Please note that you are required to pay in advance for your first session using a credit card and save your card on file. If you are not inclined to do so, please contact the clinic to arrange for alternate options. Future payments can be in cash, debit, or credit card after each session.
REMOTE SESSIONS You can select your time zone when you are booking your appointment. The default time zone is Pacific Time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Out of respect to all parties involved, there is a strict 48hr. cancellation policy , or the full fee will be charged. Thank you.
