Massage can be done throughout all trimesters. The goal for expecting mothers is to promote a healthy pregnancy by including relaxation techniques and a supportive environment. Specific oils can be used in each trimester as well as hot or cold compresses.
This treatment is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist. It is highly recommended for women are feeling the bodily changes that come from carrying a child. Add a half hour salt or flower bath to this treatment for just $40!
