Imbolc: Planting Seeds
Imbolc marks the quiet turning toward spring — a time of renewal, intention, and gentle awakening. This seasonal circle is an invitation to pause, reflect, and consciously plant the seeds you wish to grow in the months ahead.
Together, we’ll move through a thoughtfully curated experience that includes a candle blessing, a guided meditation with somatic practices to ground into the body, and journaling with prompts to help clarify intentions and visions. Participants will be supported in generating words and images to later create a digital vision board, anchoring intention into form.
The circle will also include a seed ritual, symbolizing new beginnings and growth, and will close with a grounding closing ceremony to integrate the experience.
This workshop is open to anyone seeking clarity, inspiration, and a moment of intentional connection with themselves and the seasonal cycle. No prior experience is necessary — just come as you are.
