In this focused session, your therapist will concentrate on specific areas to promote lymphatic flow and reduce localized swelling. Performed by any Registered Massage Therapist that offers the treatment, MLD is a gentle technique that is used to naturally reduce swelling, support the immune system, and promote detoxification by stimulating lymphatic fluid flow using the natural pathways in the body using light, rhythmic, pumping strokes. MLD supports recovery of swelling, post-surgical care/injury, lymphedema, and general relaxation.
