This appointment is for people who are interested in buying Custom Foot Orthotics. The cost of the orthotics is $400.00 plus this $100.00 for the consultation, and we require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit towards Orthotics at the time of the assessment. Please be sure to contact your insurance company to find out their requirements for reimbursement before booking an appointment.
